the location was excellent right across from the train station. i also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar it included water and beer. the staff was helpful. the cleanliness of both the room and the building stood out to me.
the lack of air conditioning in the room made it slightly uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.

the staff offered assistance from check-in to check-out they were available at the reception desk around the clock and addressed questions efficiently this helped create a smooth stay.

good breakfastworn wallsdirty sink
the location was near the train station. breakfast was good.
i had some issues. there was no heating in the dining area. also, the building seemed old with worn walls. the bathroom sink did not flush properly and i felt it was not very clean. it definitely felt more like a 2 star place and not a 4 star hotel.
